  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Used, worn, or altered items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

Returned items must be sent back in secure packaging. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible items within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
